The citation from Henry Ford is still valid today. Good cooperation is the basis for every company. Due to constantly growing demands and global framework conditions, many business areas are only involved the support of external staff. This is special in quality management the case.
The selection of a suitable partner is, due to the multitude of consultants and their different qualifications, difficult. To assert oneself as a competent partner in the long term, only those who constantly deliver the best performance can be reliable and always stay up to date.
This is my personal moto and my promise to you!
I am a realist and not a pessimist. I do not believe in beauty speeches or sitting topics out. I focus my tasks in
I am not afraid to put my finger in "open wounds" and talk about topics on an open and direct way.
All these are the best conditions to develop and sustain constant quality.
My interest and passion for technology and quality was already apparent in my early childhood: whether building with Lego bricks, crafting with different materials or when building my model railway. Even then, I approached all tasks in a structured way. I collected ideas, planned my projects and built them precisely. In my teens, while my friends were having fun around their houses, I was mainly interested in consumer electronics. Every free minute I helped my father in his company, a specialist workshop for consumer electronics, and discovered that electrical engineering was my calling.
In 1992 I passed the school leaving examination at the Albertus-Magnus-Gymnasium in Viernheim. I did my professional training as a radio and television technician in father’s company until 1996, before I successfully passed my masters exam in 2000 ”Information Technician Master”.
In 2005 I switched from consumer electronics to the automotive industry. But despite the professional changes I have always remained faithful to the quality. From the QC technician over the resident engineer position at BMW in Munich and Dingolfing and different tasks in CQA- and SQA departments I specialized in supplier quality and supplier development.
Through my many global business trips and supplier visits I qualified as a certified process auditor (VDA 6.3) and obtained additional qualifications in FMEA, APQP & PPAP / PPR. With more than 250 global quality audits, process audits and potential analyses I was able to expand my know-how and experiences. These range from quality trouble shootings, the creation of specification sheets, support in product validation via bottleneck management to complex projects with individual companies.
I am willing to come to your company to solve problems, to optimize processes and to support you in creating the ideal basis for a long-term, successful future.

„Until April 2022, I had heard about cystic fibrosis from time to time. But I honestly knew nothing about this disease. Through a longer conversation I then learned more about the disease. In this conversation I also heard about a family whose twins have cystic fibrosis. What I heard made me think a lot and it also raised questions in me. I came to the following conclusion:
Especially in Germany for decades less and less money is invested in research of diseases and in health care like hospitals and nursing, but after three days of war suddenly billions of Euros are invested in weapons.
I am a happy and proud father of two healthy children. With my donation to Mukoviszidose e. V. - Selbsthilfegruppe Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg”, I would like to support affected children and adults in therapies for a better quality of life.“

Once again in 2023, I decided to support Mukoviszidoze e. V. with a donation. In spring 2023, the second men's team of the Badgers Spaichingen approached BUSALT-QC GmbH & Co. KG and asked about sponsoring a set of warm-up and training jerseys. I thought to myself, why not combine a good deed with a second good deed. So this idea was born for me: I sponsored a warm-up and training kit. In return, I asked the team to score as
many goals as possible for themselves and for the Mukoviszidose e.V. self-help group, because each goal would then bring € 10.00 to the Mukoviszidose e.V. At the end of the season, the second men's team had scored 55 goals. This meant € 550.00. The sum was increased by another two hundred euros to € 750.00. It's only a drop in the ocean, but I hope that I can help a little with this donation.
